  6. Electrical Rough (update/relocate electrical within the walls)
  7. Rough Inspections (building, electrical & plumbing)
  8. Insulation
  9. Insulation inspection (if required by municipality)
  10. Sheetrock
  11. Flooring
  12. Cabinet installation
  13. Countertop installation (granite, quartz, Silestone, marble)
